Nature of Service
PKS Coaching & Support provides counselling-informed coaching and emotional support for adults aged 18 and over.

This is a non-medical, non-diagnostic and non-clinical service and is not a substitute for therapy, psychiatric care, or medical treatment.

Bookings & Payments
Sessions must be booked in advance and paid for prior to the appointment.
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule.
Late cancellations or missed sessions may be charged in full.

Confidentiality
All sessions are treated with strict confidentiality.
This may only be broken where there is a risk of harm to yourself or others, or where disclosure is required by law.

Client Responsibility
Clients remain responsible for their own decisions, actions, and outcomes.
No specific results or outcomes are guaranteed.

Privacy
We collect basic personal information (such as name and contact details) to manage enquiries and bookings.
All data is handled securely and in accordance with UK GDPR.
We do not share your information with third parties unless required by law.
